About Us

Idle Hands is a ministry for all people to experience recovery and healing through Jesus Christ.

We are a Gospel centered, bible teaching ministry who believes that through discipleship,

fellowship, and not only serving in the community, but serving one another we can overcome all things.

Idle Hands vision is to provide a facility where people can hang out and have fun, fellowship, worship, study God’s word, and develop a relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, seven days a week.

1. We believe that the 66 books of the Bible are the inerrant and infallible word of God. The Bible is the supreme and final authority in testing claims about what is true and right.

2. We believe in one holy, living, and sovereign God existing in three co-equal and co-eternal persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.

3. We believe that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

(Romans 3:23)

4. We believe that in His mercy, God sent His eternal and sinless Son Jesus to be an all-sufficient sacrifice for sin, that he was crucified, died, was buried, and rose from the dead.

5. We believe that through Christ’s suffering and death He obtained forgiveness of sins and perfect righteousness for all who repent and believe in Him. We believe that justification is by faith alone apart from works.

6. We believe that good works are the fruits and evidence of a true and saving faith.

(James 2:17, 1 Peter 2:11-12, Romans 6:14, 1 John 3:6, Luke 3:8, Matthew 5:16)

7. We believe that the commission to make disciples of all nations is the core of our ministry.

(Mathew 28: 18-20, Roman 10:14-15, Isaiah 6:8)
